Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 7 to 15 days, depending on the procedures of issuing bank of the credit/debit card.

Refunds will be provided only on the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was sent by the Tight Lines Fishing Tackle Trading L.L.C.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is tampered.

Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours of order made. For cancellation contact our support team by email, or online store support. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
