Shipping policy

A minimum purchase total of AED 50.00 is required to validate your order.

 

 LOCAL (UAE)   Delivery inside the UAE to any of the Emirates costs AED 15 on orders under AED 150. FREE delivery to any of the Emirates on orders of AED 150 and above.

Orders are delivered in 1–3 business days — usually 1–2 business days within Dubai, and 2–3 business days to the other Emirates.

 

 FREE STORE PICKUP   Choose Pick up in store at checkout and collect your order free of charge from our shop: Shop 5, H1 Building, Behind Al Hudaiba Mall, Al Hudaiba, Dubai. Open 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM daily, closed Wednesdays. We will message you as soon as your order is ready to collect.

 

 INTERNATIONAL   Charges will be calculated based on the total weight of the order at the checkout page prior to making the payment. All charges such as VAT and customs duties on the side of the receiver should be paid by the receiver.
